DAY 1: Post #2 – EMOTIONS AND STRESS

MONDAY’S Oil of the Day is the GROUNDING BLEND. This BLEND is a warm, woody aroma that creates a sense of calm and well-being. It offers an enticing fragrance that promotes tranquility and relaxation.

Spruce, one of the oils in GROUNDING BLEND, was used by Native Americans for health and spiritual reasons and is still used today to bring harmony to the mind and body. Ho Wood, Blue Tansy, and Blue Chamomile can ease anxious feelings, while Frankincense provides a grounding, balancing effect on emotions.

PRACTICAL USES
• Begin your day by putting GROUNDING BLEND on the bottoms of your feet to promote feelings of calmness and tranquility throughout the day.

• Apply to your wrists or neck to help ease anxious feelings.

• Diffuse to create a calming, soothing environment.

• End your day by putting a drop on the bottoms of your feet to promote a whole-body sense of relaxation before sleep.

• Blend with the Restful Blend in a teddy bear spray to help kids relax and fall asleep.

• Add to a diffuser necklace or Essential Oil inhaler to help with jet lag.

• Apply topically to the back of your neck when you are experiencing the emotional rollercoaster.

• Put a drop in your hands. Rub your hands, cup, and inhale deeply. Swipe under nose to reduce feelings of fear, worry, grief and trauma.

• Apply to forehead and under nose when meditating or praying, and even during yoga practice.
